It is a pleasure to present the results of the project within the VIANOVA planners' handbook. It contains the description of all measures taken as well as the persons to contact for more in depth information. Moreover, the planner's handbook includes implementation manuals, political strategies and information items to advance physical activity in daily life. Interested parties are most welcome to use the VIA NOVA results to implement similar actions and campaigns in their cities and regions.
